Andrew has extensive financial and commercial experience within the start up stage and established businesses within sectors of biotechnology, telecoms and retail.
William is an initiator who likes to get things going. He loves to combine his life science and business skills in launching new enterprises and linking technology to the market place.
He looks for opportunities to take innovative science into the market place and has led companies from 2- 100 staff including two start-ups as well as setting up subsidiaries in France and Germany. He has successfully won grant funding and enjoys working with early stage companies as a mentor and coach.
Louise has over 25 years in the Life Science industry with a focus on providing client solutions through technologies and specific strategic implementations across Pharma research and development plans.
Louise has a broad-based R&D and commercial management experience within the Pharma, CRO and IT industries with areas of expertise in all Phases of Clinical Research, global account management, executive-level relationships, cloud computing, digital media and Social insight approaches to clinical trials, connected health and model-based drug development.This experience enables her to provide strategic insights to companies and their partners to streamline their development process to enable efficient and novel processes resulting in outcomes based results.This experience has enabled her to build strategic partnerships ranging from small biotech to large Pharma. She has a proven track record of building strategic accounts across business’ navigating difficult negotiations and contracting processes across large organisations. She has extensive experience working in matrix and cross & channel sales environments with both internal and external sales partners essential for building client engagements across the Pharma industry. Louise has experience of working with Global markets within US, Europe and Asia.

Steve Howell, CE0 Steve was instrumental in securing the funding for and setting up Alere Technologies Ltd (formerly Stirling Medical Innovations) a wholey owned subsidiary of Alere Inc. Prior to that he has been involved in a number of acquisitions including:-
- The purchase of Scandinavian MicroBiodevices by Inverness Medical Innovations Inc.
- The sale of Unipath Ltd from Unilever plc to Inverness Medical Innovations Inc.
He has a strong technical background in Medical Devices and was previously Research Director at Unipath Ltd. He began his career working at the pharmaceutical company Merck, Sharpe and Dohme Inc before moving to Unilever plc where he went on to become Head of the Biorecognition Unit. In his spare time he enjoys canoeing on Loch Earn with his wife Isobel.
