Richard comes from a Retail background with over 30 years working within the Retail arena. Richard was part of the project team that implemented a number of cutting edge marketing projects, such as Loyalty Cards, Shop & Go and many other major retail initiatives. More recently Richard has looked after the main Retail accounts at Axicon Auto I.D. Limited, experts in the Barcode quality arena.
Business Development Manager
James has worked in the research antibody sector for ten years, starting at Bio-Rad / AbD Serotec in product development before running the European Headquarters for Abgent. For the last four years James has been working for Pivotal Scientific working as Business Development Manager. He has helped to set up the PSL Alliance and played an active role in creating the distributor database and networking meeting.
Kristie joined Pivotal Scientific towards the end of 2016. After three years spent with Alere Toxicology explaining drug test results she has decided to undertake a new challenge of assisting Richard and Melinda with creation of marketing material for Pivotal Scientific.
Melinda comes from a design retail background. Having spent several years working for Ikea in the Display and Communications department she decided to swap furniture and tea lights for antibodies and assays.
She uses her creative skills and knowledge to produce fresh materials for both Pivotal Scientific and its Alliance members.

Fan has several years’ experience in sales & marketing departments in both the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries. Fan has plenty of experience in organizing and promoting events and has a good understanding of the Chinese Life Science Industry. In general, Fan helps international companies enter the Chinese market and also helps Chinese suppliers expand globally.
